COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

NOT INTENDED FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
The Site is intended for use within the United States, and is not intended to be used in any other territory. The Site may function in countries other than the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, you explicitly accept that your Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where laws regarding processing of personal information may differ than the laws of other countries.
We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of your information.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Information from anyone under the age of 13. Should we learn that someone under the age of 13 has provided Information through the Site, we will delete that Information. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 years old, and you believe that your child has provided personal information to 2River, you may contact us at email@example.com to request that we delete your child’s personal information from our systems.

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. In the event that we modify or amend this Police, we will post the updated Policy on this Site and update the effective date provided above. The amended Policy will become effective thirty (30) days after it is posted on this Site. Please revisit this Policy when you access the Site or use the Services to ensure that you are familiar with the most current version of this Policy. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the Policy as amended. If you do not agree to the changes, please do not use the Site.
